Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, to request information regarding it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data, and its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to any result occurring to your detriment as a result of the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and to demand compensation in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
